We all turn to food when we’re emotional sometimes.

When we’re sad, we find comfort in a tub of ice cream. When we’re bored, we pass our time with a packet of chips.

Sometimes, we overeat our favorite foods and lose control after a few drinks on the weekend.

And then, we feel the guilt.

We begin to hate ourselves for not sticking to our diets and punish ourselves with impossible food and exercise regimes.

And then the emotional eating loop starts again…and again…and again…

But according to eating psychology, there’s a way out.

The Mind-Body Eating approach combines gentle nutrition and movement with a positive mindset to evolve your relationship with food.
It doesn’t mean banning foods from your life, instead, it means eating all foods, without the guilt and the fear of losing control.

Eating psychology retrains your brain to overcome the challenges you face around health, food, and weight.

What it is?

  • A unique approach to eating.
  • A combination of the principles of nutrition and psychology.
  • An eating plan designed especially for you, keeping in mind your personality, love for food, lifestyle and stresses.
  • A lifestyle change, which will make you the nutrition expert of your own body.
  • An understanding of your unique life story.

What it is not?

  • A plan to ban you from your favorite foods.
  • A quick-fix.
  • A short-term plan to help you lose weight only to put it back on again when you stop following it.

Why Eating Psychology?

There’s a reason you crave ice cream when you’re upset or why you numb out on chips when you’re bored, or why you can’t resist chocolate fudge after two weeks of dieting.

These eating struggles are messages from your body.

So far, you have tried to reach your goals through punishments & short-term fixes. But there’s a reason you’ve never been able to achieve your goals and it’s because you’ve always ignored your mind-body connections.

Are you willing to join the dots?

Are you ready to transform your relationship with food?
